Introduction

These Terms & Conditions define the relationship between VoyaKriti Foundation and any individual or organization submitting a registration or participation request for ICICTA 2026, jointly organized by VoyaKriti Foundation, India and JECRC Foundation, Jaipur, India. Event Management & Organization

  • The conference is managed and coordinated by VoyaKriti Foundation with the objective of delivering a high-quality academic and professional experience for all participants.
  • VoyaKriti Foundation reserves the right to publicly acknowledge its professional association with registered participants through official communication channels, including websites and social media platforms.

Registration & Participation

  • All registrations, payments, and purchases related to conference participation and documentation are governed by these Terms & Conditions.
  • The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, venue, speakers, or program structure due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any event postponement or cancellation will be communicated through the official conference website.
